Robert M. Craft, Esq. is the Director of Operations and part of the third generation operating The Craft Agency, Inc., which has been in business since 1923. Bob is a graduate of Albion College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and English and his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law/Michigan State University in 1983. He joined the family business in 1988. Bob is married and has two daughters. In 1999 he and his wife formed the inaugural Walk to Cure Juvenile Diabetes in Jackson in search for a cure. Since that time, the Jackson Community has contributed over $3.3 million dollars to the cause. Bob enjoys the outdoors, including bow hunting and bicycling.

David W. Craft, CIC, is the President and part of the third generation of the Craft family operating The Craft Agency, Inc. David graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and from the University of San Francisco with a Juris Doctor and a Master’s Degree. In addition to being an attorney and business consultant, he earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. He joined the family business after practicing corporate law for several years. He and his wife Sandy have two beautiful daughters and one beautiful dog. When not working, David would like to be found fly-fishing. His other favorite past-times are golf, skiing, reading and politics. He strongly believes in giving back and has been active in Big Brothers/Big Sisters where he was a Big Brother of the Year, the Ella Sharp Museum Board of Trustees, the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Symphony Orchestra and the Henry Ford Allegiance Health Foundation Board and many other civic organizations.

Caleb Allen is the Personal Lines Manager and Executive. He began his career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2006. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Business Administration from Siena Heights University. During his over 10 years of service with Craft, he attained his property and casualty license and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Caleb is married and has two sons.

Marcy Ashe is the Commercial Lines Sales Manager. She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 1999 as an Account Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Olivet College. During her over 27 years of service in the insurance industry, she has attained her property and casualty license and earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Marcy is married and has two sons; One is in the Air Force, and one is going to be a Special Ed Teacher. Marcy loves camping and being in nature, especially in Spring & Fall.

Ted Wray, CIC, Senior Vice President.  He began his insurance career at the Craft Agency, Inc. in 1989.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Management and Food Service Sanitation from Michigan State University.  During his over 30 years of service with Craft, he attained his property/casualty license and his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.  He is a Life Director of the Home Builders Association of Jackson, Vice President of the Jackson Commercial Contractors Association and Past Trustees Chair of First United Methodist Church.  Ted is married and has two daughters. When Ted is not volunteering, you will find him lap swimming, doing yoga, weightlifting or playing paddleball, where he won a national title in 2005. 

Elizabeth A. Navarre is an Employee Benefits Specialist in our Life Health Department. She joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2006 after 10 years as an Account Manager with Blue Cross Blue Shield where she was part of the Vice President Club for outstanding sales performance. Liz continues to be passionate about providing a high level of service and holds a Health & Life Insurance license. She has contributed to the community through her involvement with Board of Directors - American Red Cross, Jackson Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and Big Brother & Big Sister Organization. Liz is married and has three children and one grandson. She enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Kristy Denman is a Commercial Lines Executive. She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc., in 1999 as receptionist and moved to the Accounting Department shortly thereafter. During her 23 years of service with Craft, she attained her property and casualty license and moved into her current role. Kristy is married and has three daughters and one son.

Jessica Warner is a Commercial Lines Executive and Life and Health Specialist. She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. During her nearly 15 years of service with Craft, she attained her property and casualty license, life and health license and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Jessica is married and has a daughter and a son.

Ronald L. Swartz is the Claims Manager. He began his Insurance career in 1985 as an inside material damage claim adjuster with a regional insurance company. Ron worked as a multi-line adjuster for five years, prior to becoming a Field Loss Control Engineer. Ron joined the Agency in 2004. He has two children and one grandson. Ron enjoys spending time at the lake and with his grandson.

Alexis C. VanArman is an Account Manager in the Commercial Lines department. She joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2022, after working as a Cosmetologist for 5 years at Personal Images Salon. Alexis graduated from Lumen Christi High School, attended Jackson College, and earned her cosmetology license from Douglas J Aveda. She is excited to earn her insurance license in 2023 and see new opportunities arise. Alexis and her boyfriend live in Jackson with their 2 dogs, Meeko & Milo, and one cat, Ivy. She enjoys golfing and going to the lake in the summer. When it gets colder, Alexis likes to visit her mom down in Florida or stay in and play games with friends and family.

Dawn M. Fisher is the Senior Account Manager for the Commerical Lines department. She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 1986. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University. During her over 35 years of service with Craft, she attained her Property and Casualty license, earned Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and her Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designations. Dawn served in various positions with the Insurance Women of Jackson for several years. 

Diane E. Edwards is a Senior Account Manager for the Personal Lines department. She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2005 and has been in insurance since 1981. During her over 40 years in the insurance industry, she has attained her property and casualty license and earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and (CISR Elite) along with her Certified Professional Insurance Women (CPIW) designations. Diane is married and has two sons and 2 grandsons, and a cocker spaniel named Parker. She enjoys camping and reading.

Elizabeth R. Hiller is a Commercial Lines Account Manager, Liz joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in October of 2021, bringing great customer service experience. She graduated from Comstock Park High School in Grand Rapids and moved to Jackson when she was 18 years old to play soccer for Jackson College and studied to be an Ultrasound Tech. She recently married her best friend, Brody, tying the knot in June 2023. Together, Liz and her husband have one dog named Josie. She likes to work out at the gym and spend time with her family. 

Faith M. Stueber is the Administrative Specialist for the Commerical Lines department. She joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2021. 

Guy M. Kennedy is our Operations & Finance Manager. He joined the Craft family in February 2024, bringing years of accounting and customer service experience with him. 

Hailey M. Molton is an Account Manager for the Commercial Lines department. She joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2019 as a receptionist. She is new to the insurance industry but brings several years of experience in customer service. Hailey was recently married and, along with her husband Noah, enjoys spending time with family and hanging out with friends. She recently gave birth to her first born, a son named Krew. In addition to her parents, Hailey has an identical twin sister and a younger brother. Hailey is also a proud aunt to her three nephews, Holden, Weston, and Knox. 

Hannah D. Stoddard is a Life & Health account manager at The Craft Agency, Inc. She joined the Craft family in 2020, following her twin sister, Hailey's, footsteps. Hannah has two sons, Holden and Weston, and a daughter on the way, and was recently married to her high-school sweetheart, Caden. 

Heather J. Ray is an Account Manager. She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2013, new to the insurance industry but bringing with her several years of customer service experience. Heather has attained her property and casualty license and has worked toward achieving her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She is a proud mother of three daughters and loves spending time with them, along with her friends and family.

Jordan D. Palmer is an Account Executive, working in both Commerical and Personal insurance. He joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2022 after 6 years as an agent for State Farm Insurance and Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan. He holds a Life and Health license, along with a Property & Casualty license. Jordan is a graduate from Jackson High School and Jackson College/KUCC. He enjoys golfing, biking, basketball, and Michigan football. 

Kelsey N. Fletcher is a Commercial Lines Account Manager. She joined the Craft family in December of 2023, bringing many years of customer service experience with her. 

Kimberly A. Wrozek, CISR, is a Senior Account Manager in the Life & Health Department. She joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2018 and brought with her over 20 years of experience in insurance. She holds a Life and Health license along with a Property & Casualty license. Kim enjoys going for walks, her book club, hanging out with friends, and most importantly, spending time with her daughter and her son. 

Madeline M. Lapeer is the Head Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant. She joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in October of 2021. She graduated from Da Vinci High School and attended Jackson College. Madeline is a loving mother of two young boys.

Pamela M. Hackworth is an Account Manager. She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2013, new to the insurance industry but bringing with her over 20 years of customer service experience.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Siena Heights University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was a long-time Jackson resident and now resides in Tennessee. Pam is married and has a son, daughter and grandson. She is a proud member of her church and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. 

Rebecca A. Noble is an Accounting Assistant and IT/Marketing Manager. She joined The Craft Agency, Inc. in January 2021 as a receptionist, bringing several years of customer service experience with her. Becky is a graduate of Napoleon High School and Jackson College. She recently married her long-time music partner, Corey, in December of 2023. Together, they have two cats named Crouton and Chives. Becky's hobbies include all things music; primarily singing, writing, and performing with her husband. 

Renée P. Bryant is our Personal Lines Administrative Assistant.  She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2015 and is new to the insurance industry but brings with her several years of customer service experience. Since then, she has played a crucial part of the Personal Lines department, assisting with payments and transaction information. Renée enjoys bowling, NASCAR, golfing and attending car shows.  

Shawna A. Bahr is an Account Manager in the Commercial Lines Department. She began her career at The Craft Agency, Inc. in 2016 and has over 20 years of customer service experience. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Davenport University. Shawna was a long time Jackson resident and now resides in South Carolina. She is married and has two daughters. She loves MSU basketball and football, enjoys traveling, the beach, and spending time with her family.
